ct222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where it is required to do so for regulatory, legal, or security reasons. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or closure:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected identity fraud, including the use of a false name, date of birth, or address.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Evidence of money laundering, payment fraud, or the use of stolen payment methods.
• Breach of the prohibited conduct rules set out in Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.

Voluntary Account Closure

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct222's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ct222 account in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. ct222 accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ct222's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ct222's negligence.
